Online tele-dermatology consultations

Dr. P. Ram Sushruth gives online consultations for skin and hair problems. You do not need to download any app: the consultation is done through good-quality photos sent on WhatsApp, or by video call.

1. WhatsApp your name, age, gender and address to +91 90004 11511, with details of your problem.
2. Answer a few more questions from a junior doctor.
3. Choose a time that suits you; the details are sent to you once the slot is booked.
4. Pay the consultation fee by UPI before the consultation.
5. You receive a video call at the time you chose.
6. After the consultation, you receive your prescription as a PDF [CHECK: within 15 minutes].

Consultation fee: Rs. 1,000 for the first consultation, valid for 1 month, and Rs. 500 for each follow-up consultation.

Before you book

Online consultations have limits: photo or video quality, poor lighting and the fact that simple examinations and tests cannot be done can all affect the diagnosis.

By booking, you allow Dr. P. Ram Sushruth to examine the photos you send, speak with you by video, advise any tests needed and provide treatment through WhatsApp. The clinic respects your privacy and will not knowingly share your information with anyone outside the clinic unless the law requires it.
