Online hair transplant consultation

If you live outside Hyderabad, you can send your details and photos for an assessment before you travel. The online consultation fee is Rs. 1,000, and Dr.Ram or Dr.Madhu replies within 12-48 hours.

How it works

    Photos of your front, back, top and both sides.

  3. A doctor reviews

    The doctor studies your details and photos. If more information is needed, you will be asked for it.

  4. Your assessment

    You receive the doctor's assessment and, if a transplant suits you, a plan.

Only the clinic's doctors see your details and photos. They are kept for 6 months.

Online tele-dermatology consultations

Dr. P. Ram Sushruth gives online consultations for skin and hair problems. You do not need to download any app: the consultation is done through good-quality photos sent on WhatsApp, or by video call.

  1. WhatsApp your name, age, gender and address to +91 90004 11511, with details of your problem.
  2. Answer a few more questions from a junior doctor.
  3. Choose a time that suits you; the details are sent to you once the slot is booked.
  4. Pay the consultation fee by UPI before the consultation.
  5. You receive a video call at the time you chose.
  6. After the consultation, you receive your prescription as a PDF within 15 minutes.

Consultation fee: Rs. 1,000 for the first consultation, valid for 1 month, and Rs. 500 for each follow-up consultation.

Before you book

Online consultations have limits: photo or video quality, poor lighting and the fact that simple examinations and tests cannot be done can all affect the diagnosis.

By booking, you allow Dr. P. Ram Sushruth to examine the photos you send, speak with you by video, advise any tests needed and provide treatment through WhatsApp. The clinic respects your privacy and will not knowingly share your information with anyone outside the clinic unless the law requires it. However, the clinic cannot promise that photos and details sent by WhatsApp will stay private. Read the privacy policy.

Good to know

Surgery dates are usually allotted [CHECK: one to two months] ahead, so it helps to book in advance.
