What happens after surgery

Most of the transplanted hair falls out within 4-6 weeks after surgery and then grows back. New hair is visible from the 4th to 5th month, and the final result is seen within 6–8 months. So the long hair you see on the day is a preview: the permanent regrowth still takes months.
