“Overall my experience was great. I like the doctors and technicians, and all are very friendly. I will definitely recommend others after seeing my results. However, I see a few things to improve in operations (not surgical operations). 1) Please implement a credit card system immediately: my dad stood in line for 2 hours to get demand drafts, and I had to hunt for ATMs to get the remaining amount. 2) Tie up with hotels and car companies to provide stays and rides between the hotel and the clinic, at a few price levels. Please think like a person who is coming to Hyderabad for the first time for a hair transplant: what do they need? This would be a big help for foreigners.
