An online consultation gives only preliminary information; a personal consultation is always better for both doctor and patient. The centre may decline a patient on the day of the procedure if they are found unsuitable.
Why we insist on a personal consultation
A personal examination tells the doctor much more about you, and tells you much more about the procedure, so your questions are answered before you commit. Occasionally even a patient who seemed suitable may be declined on the day of the procedure, on medical grounds or because the information provided was inadequate.
How consultations work
The centre holds group counselling sessions in which the team of doctors answers your questions. Sometimes you can also meet previous patients and see their hair growth.
Questions by phone
The team handles many emails each day, so it is easier to ask all your questions at once by phone. Dr. Madhu is busy with surgeries and outpatients, so calls are put through to him only on special occasions when needed.
